Many of us are nervous before an interview. Actually, it is a very natural process. However, keep in mind that an interview is a two-sided process. Preparation, also known as research, is an important part of any interview process. The time you spend preparing for the interview is critical and should be used wisely.

- Prior to the Interview
• Visit the Company's websites to learn more about them.
• Before going to the interview, go over your resumes and be prepared to discuss your relevant skills.
• Bring extra copies of your resume, a notebook, and a pen or pencil in case anything goes wrong.
• Appropriate Dress - Your appearance should reflect maturity and self-assurance. When attending an interview, keep your appearance neat and clean, and always wear a formal dress.

• Take it easy! Consider the interview to be a conversation rather than an interrogation.
• Be self-assured, polite, enthusiastic, and truthful. Don't be too sure of yourself.
• Pay close attention to the interview questions and respond clearly and thoughtfully.
• You may inquire about the job profile or working department.
• Thank the interview panel for their time and consideration with a firm handshake at the end of the interview.
- Following the Interview
Please keep the following points in mind after you have completed your interview. Just after the interview:
• Within 24 to 48 hours of the interview, send a brief thank-you e-mail.
• If you are not hired, it is acceptable to politely ask an interviewer for interview tips on which areas(s) you could improve in the future!
