Chico bar takes pandemic make-at-home cocktail delivery service statewide

As the pandemic forced businesses to get creative with their business models, a Chico bar owner who's already adjusted is taking his new model statewide. Scott Baldwin, owner of Argus Bar + Patio in Downtown Chico, says the pandemic was "horrible" for his business which was forced to shut down multiple times. When he couldn't bring the people to the bar scene, he decided to take the bar scene to them.
