After Washington Football Team layoffs, $40,000 raised for beloved receptionist

A beloved, longtime fixture with the Washington Football Team, "Miss BJ Blanchard" was laid off along with several other individuals across the organization this week, a source tells 7News sports anchor Scott Abraham. A GoFundMe for the former front desk receptionist, who worked for the team for nearly 30 years, has accumulated more than $40,000 (way more than its $5,000 goal), with many former players donating.
