The body of food service worker Jennifer Lee Watkins, 23, was found under a stairwell at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs on Nov. 8, 1999. DNA and genetic genealogy have identified the late Ricky Severt as Watkins' alleged killer. Severt, then 29, was a maintenance worker at the hospital.
