Military wellness app expanding to civilians in 2021

A smartphone app used by U.S. soldiers, their family and veterans will be made available next year to civilians to improve their eating, sleeping, exercising and stress levels. PerformanceApp has received a $75,000 LSU LIFT (Leveraging Technology for Innovation) grant from the LSU Board of Supervisors to complete a new consumer version for release in 2021.
