London Hospital Introduces First Vegan Meal Vending Machine

Hillington Hospital in London has received the first of what will soon be 500 new vegan meal vending machines located in hospitals across the UK. In a collaboration between Vibrant Vegan meal delivery service and vending machine brand Open Kitchen Co., these machines will offer 18 different microwavable meals for £4.95 each (around $6.40) intended for National Health Services (NHS) workers who are working in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic.
