The SARS-CoV-2 variant B.1.1.529 potentially escapes immunity from vaccination via a heavily mutated Spike protein. Here, we analyzed whether T cell memory towards the B.1.1.529 Spike protein is present in individuals who received two or three doses of vaccines designed against the original Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2.
