MANISTEE - The Manistee Catholic Central football team knew Saturday's task would be tough, taking on an undefeated and state-ranked Portland St. Patrick squad. And while the Sabers held the opposition scoreless in the first quarter and outscored the Shamrocks in the fourth, it was the damage in between that did them in. MCC fell 46-28. "I think the guys finally loosened up and started having some fun," said MCC coach Jake Szymanski, whose team scored all 28 of its points in the fourth quarter.
