The Algonquin Hotel is New York City's oldest continuously operating hotel (opened in 1902). It was also the first prominent hotel in the city that allowed women to stay there alone. Now, it has reopened its doors with a new Lobby, Blue Bar, Oak Room, and new food and beverage concepts.
