New numbers from the Federal Trade Commission show that so far in 2022, consumers have lost $23. 7 million to travel and vacation related scams. The Better Business Bureau warns that travel scams include anything from offering super-discounted travel to time-share cons, and vacation rentals. "They put up enticing deals," said Rebecca Barr of the BBB. "They're buying advertisements on social media and searcjh results to grab your eye with these super-discounted travel rates.
