A Pakistani man left a Nairobi court in stitches on Friday after he questioned why the prosecution was opposed to his release on bond. Muhammad Adnan Tahir, who is charged with stealing goods worth Sh10 million, told Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate R.K Ondieki that the move by the prosecution was unfair given that Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, who was charged with attempted murder, is a freeman. “Sir, why is the prosecution objecting to my release on bail?
