PIL in High Court of Delhi to direct Delhi government to ensure admissions for EWS category children in schools

EWS Category Reservation: PIL in Delhi High Court by an NGO sought action against private schools which failed to admit students in the allotted seats for the EWS category. The plea alleged that there is a blatant violation of the fundamental rights of over 50,000 children who are waiting for admission since April 2021 and they are victims of the government's inaction to perform their duty
