ASPI's Peter Jennings says Australia should "push very hard" to use retiring nuclear-powered submarines for training. “This is going to require actually Scott Morrison to be negotiating with the President of the United States to see if it's possible to maybe access a Los Angeles class boat, which are now in the process of retiring,” Mr Jennings told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
