Gov. Wolf changes rule on alcohol sales in restaurants and bars, moving last call to 11 p.m.

Under the governor's order, last call will be at 11 p.m. and customers will have until midnight to finish their drinks. Wolf previously said booze sales would stop at 10 p.m. Starting Monday, restaurants and bars can seat up to 50% of their occupancy limits.
