These finger sandwiches make a perfect light and refreshing lunch or ideal appetizer for your next gathering. 8 slices thin-cut rye or pumpernickel bread 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese Zest of 2 lemons, minced Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 1 English cucumber, cut into thin rounds 4 large radishes, cut into thin rounds Fresh dill sprigs, to garnish Instructions: Trim the crusts from the bread slices, cut the bread into 2-inch squares and set aside.
