SEP 12, 2020 - Rosh Hashana, also known as the Jewish New Year, begins at sundown Friday. The holiday marks the beginning of the Jewish High Holy Days, a 10-day period that includes Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement. Rabbi Abby Jacobson, spiritual leader of Emanuel Synagogue in Oklahoma City, once shared important aspects about this sacred time in the Jewish faith community.
