Konica Minolta agreed to pay $500,000 to settle a whistleblower case that alleged Viztek cheated on certification tests for its EHR system. "Lie, beg, cheat, steal, or kill" to get the software certified, a Viztek CEO allegedly told a former employee, according to the whistleblower case.
