7BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DIET

Most foods that are rich in antioxidants and nutrients reduce inflammation. Foods such as green leafy vegetables and fruits improve the quality of your skin. Curb your intake of dairy products and processed foods like sodas and increase your intake of eggs, nuts, and legumes.
