Chia seeds are definitely a close cousin to flax seeds😅
Despite being tiny, chia seeds are one of the most nutrient-filled seeds that ever exist. They are rich in fibre,protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and omega-3 fats.
They have a flat taste hence making it much easier to take. Chia pudding has become a common household name because that's one of the most used ways in which people take chia. It can also be incorporated with water, yoghurt, oatmeal, granola, smoothies, baked goodies, juice, salads etc.
